E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw: I teach you how to build and develop your own online store yourself, instead of becoming addicted to the agency with each change. We work on your store, your products and your numbers. I show you how to analyze movement, conversion, margin and offer, and then you implement further improvements yourself. I owned a store on WordPress and WooCommerce myself, so I know everyday life between orders, returns and marketing. My goal is to make you understand your store from the inside after coaching.
E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw is a practical work with shop owners who want to know what they are doing and why. I don’t take care of running your store, I just show you the methods, tools and sequence of actions. Each session ends with specific tasks that you complete until the next meeting. We discuss the offer, product page, search engine traffic, advertising, logistics and customer service. After the cooperation is over, you have your own system that you use without a coach.
This site is for the founders of companies, self-employed people and enterprises from the city of Warsaw and the surrounding area. I explain what exactly it includes E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, how much it costs and how we work together. You will also find common mistakes, realistic terms and answers to the most common questions before you book anything.

What exactly does Coaching Ecommerce include: E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw
In the case of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, we start with a review of your store and numbers. We look at where customers come from, what they buy, where they give up and how much you earn on the order. On this basis, we select the areas we are working on.
- Assortment and margin: You learn to count the real margin at shipping costs, payment commissions, refunds and advertising.
- Product pages: We are working on descriptions, photos, prices and information that reduce the number of questions and abandoned carts.
- Search engine traffic: I show you the basics of SEO for the store, from the category structure to product data, and learn to implement them.
- Ads and channels: We evaluate which channels fit your budget and how to measure their profitability.
- Purchasing process: We go through the basket and the cash register together and search for obstacles.
- Logistics and service: You organize shipping, returns and communication so that they don’t eat the whole day.
- Analytics: You set a few key indicators and learn to read them regularly.
My role is a coach and a sparring partner. I show, translate and check your implementations, but you click, write and decide.
If in the process it turns out that you need something done for you, such as a new website or constant SEO care, I can do it as a separate service. I always separate coaching and implementation.
Each area ends with something practical: a margin sheet, a product description template, a publication checklist or a simple weekly report. These materials stay with you and you can use them with the next products.
Who is it for
The owners of small and medium-sized stores, who already have their first orders and want to grow consciously, benefit the most. Coaching also makes sense at the construction stage, if you want to make well-thought-out decisions from the beginning.
How is the cooperation going
The process is clear from the first step. You know what you will get at every stage and what I expect from you.
- Mail or shop reservation: you write on office@christian-bech.com, what do you sell, on which platform your store works and what you want to work with, or you immediately book a service in the store. With open questions, the best start is a paid conversation with me.
- Shop Analysis: Before the first session, you give me an insight into the store and basic data such as the number of orders, the average value of the basket and the source of traffic. We set priorities during the session.
- Implementation with coaching: Regular online sessions, typically every week or every two weeks. You implement changes between them, and at the next meeting we check the effects.
- Handing over and summary: At the end, you have your processes, checklists and a plan for the next months written down. We determine which indicators you follow on your own.
With E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, I do not bind you with a long contract. We work within a clearly defined session package, and you decide to continue after its completion.
From you, I need access to data and time for deployment between sessions. Without implementations, even the best conversation remains only a theory.
You can give me read-only access to the store panel. This is more than enough for analysis and protects your data against accidental changes.
In the case of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, each session has a short plan and a clear result. Thanks to this, we do not waste time for general conversations, and you leave the meeting with the list of tasks for the next few days.
E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw: Realistic effects and time
I do not promise a specific increase in sales or position in the search engine. The result depends on the product, competition, budget and how consistently you implement changes.
The first effects of working on the product page, the basket and the offer can be seen typically after a few weeks, because these changes work immediately on the move you already have. Often these are less abandoned carts, fewer questions than customers, or a higher average order value.
The effects of working on SEO usually appear slower, typically after three to six months, and in competing industries later. Ads can give traffic faster, but their profitability must be checked on real numbers, not clicks.
How we measure progress
In the case of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, we set a few indicators at the beginning: conversion rate, average basket value, margin at advertising costs and the share of organic traffic. We compare them every few weeks to judge the facts.
However, the most important effect is less visible in the reports. After the coaching, you know where to look for the cause when sales drop, and you don’t have to ask someone from outside every time.
It is worth remembering that not every test is successful. Some of the changes will not bring any improvement and this is also valuable information, because it narrows the field of search.
It happens that the analysis will show something inconvenient, for example that some of the assortment does not earn. This is also a valuable result, because it allows you to focus the budget and time on products that really pay off.
The pace of change also depends on the season. In periods of increased sales, we implement less, and we plan larger reconstructions for calmer months, so as not to risk revenues.
E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw: remotely or on site (Warsaw)
Most of my work for clients from the city of Warsaw takes place remotely: video calls, telephone and e-mail, with joint documents and subsequent steps in writing. Thanks to this, everything goes faster, and you save time and travel costs. If the start meeting or workshop on site makes sense, I come by prior appointment.
Important: I work in English, German or Russian. With E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, this means direct communication without intermediaries, and everything important is documented in writing.
Each market has its own rules, from local search habits to legal requirements for parties and companies in Poland. I take it into account when E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, but I do not replace a local lawyer or tax advisor and I say clearly when you need it.
What can cooperation look like?
- remotely: Analysis, implementation and reports by video calls, phone and e-mail. This is how most projects work.
- on site: Workshop or starting meeting in your company (Warsaw), after making an appointment.
- Mixing: One meeting to start, the rest online.
On-site meetings cost more than remote work, because there are travel costs and additional time. We arrange the exact organization after your reservation. In every variant of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw gets the same attention and the same direct contact with me. I do not pass your project to anonymous subcontractors, and we discuss each decision together before I implement anything.
At the end of each stage, you get a short summary in writing: what has been done, what are the results and what is the next step. Thanks to this, at any time you know where you stand, and you can calmly plan further investments in the development of the company.

Common mistakes of store owners
I made many of these mistakes myself at my own store. That is why I recognize them quickly and I know how difficult it is to see them from the inside.
- Advertisements before the refinement of the store: You pay for traffic that hits the weaknesses of the products and does not buy.
- Income counting instead of margin: Sales are rising, but with shipping, returns and advertising costs less and less.
- Manufacturer’s Copied Descriptions: Identical texts as in the competition do not help customers or search engines.
- Too many plugins: Each new feature slows down the store and increases the risk of conflicts with updates.
- Hidden shipping costs: The customer only finds out about them at the ticket office and abandons the basket.
- No analytics: Decisions are made by feeling, because no one checks where the orders come from.
- Too wide range at the start: Hundreds of products without descriptions instead of several dozen well-prepared.
With E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, Warsaw is not about avoiding all mistakes. The point is to notice and repair them faster before they eat their budget.
Many of these pitfalls are due to the haste and pressure to make the store earn money as soon as possible. Therefore, an important part of coaching is planning changes in a reasonable order.
The opposite is also common: months of fine-tuning details without starting sales. The store learns the most from real customers, so it’s better to start with a solid base and improve on a regular basis.
The last trap is the lack of backups and the test environment. One unsuccessful update can turn off sales for a few days, so I’m teaching you how to make changes safely.
E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw: Costs and Packages
Prices are public and you book services directly in the store. Coaching and executive services are separate items, so you only pay for what you really need.
- call mit christian bech (conversation with Christian Bech) – 200 €. Coaching session for a specific problem, store review or planning the next steps.
- WordPress Website Erstellen Lassen (WordPress turnkey website) – from 399 €. Executive service if you need a new website or a base for a store, and you don’t want to build it yourself.
- Seo Paket Monatlich (monthly SEO package) – 299 € per month. Constant SEO care if you prefer to give up this part of the job after coaching.
The cost of coaching is primarily influenced by the number of sessions, the number of analysis between meetings and the complexity of the store. Working with a small store with a dozen or so products is different than with an extensive catalog and several sales channels.
In addition, there are costs that you incur regardless of me: hosting, plugins, advertising budget or payment fees. I help you plan them, but they are not included in my services.
In the case of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, there are no hidden fees or automatically extended subscriptions outside the monthly SEO package that you can order consciously. You get the invoice immediately after ordering.
If you don’t know where to start, choose a single session with a store overview. After that, you will know if longer coaching makes sense or a few specific corrections are enough.
Local visibility (Warsaw): What matters outside of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw
Regardless of the industry, people in the city of Warsaw first look locally. A complete Google profile, consistent contact details, honest opinions and content showing real local business are often the fastest levers. I check these points with each analysis.
- Company profile on Google: Correct categories, opening hours, photos and regular entries.
- Consistent data: Name, address and phone are the same everywhere.
- Reviews: Ask for honest opinions and answer each one.
- Local content: Projects, projects and events in the area.

Store checklist as part of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw
At the beginning of the cooperation, we go through the store checklist together. The table below is a simplified version that you can immediately use for your own review.
| Area | control question | Typical problem |
|---|---|---|
| Product page | Will the customer find the answer to the most important questions without contacting you? | No dimensions, materials, delivery time |
| basket and cash register | How many steps separates the customer from the purchase? | Forced registration, hidden costs |
| Speed | Is the store loading smoothly on the phone? | Heavy photos, too many plugins |
| Seo | Do categories and products have unique titles and descriptions? | duplicates, copied texts |
| margin | Do you know the profit on the product at all costs? | Counting the purchase price only |
| Analytics | Do you know from which channel the order came from? | No Conversion Tracking |
When optimizing the store under the search engine, it is worth using official guidelines. It is a good source Google documentation for online stores.
How to use the list
Go through each line for the three best-selling products and make a note of the answers. This is a quick way to see where to start.
With E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, the list is a starting point, not a goal. We determine the order of corrections according to what will have the greatest effect with your budget and time.
We return to the list every few weeks. Thanks to this, you can see which areas are already organized and which still require work.
We adjust additional poems to your industry, for example product variants, wholesale or shipping abroad. The list grows with your store.
E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw remotely or on the spot
I conduct sessions remotely, through video calling with screen sharing, telephone and e-mail. With an online store, it is the most convenient form, because we work directly on your panel, statistics and product pages.
A personal meeting is possible by prior arrangement. It is more expensive due to the time and cost of travel, so it makes sense mainly as an intense workshop day.
In the case of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw, I talk to clients in English, German or Russian. The cooperation does not take place in Polish, but the content of your store may of course remain in the language of your customers.
For an online session, a stable link and access to the store panel are enough. It is also worth having up-to-date sales data at hand to work on numbers right away.
We can record sessions if you want to return to the steps shown later. This is especially useful when configuring analytics or technical settings of the store.

The most common questions: E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw
How does Coaching eCommerce differ from an agency order?
The agency does work for you, and in coaching I teach you how to do it yourself. I show methods, check your deployments and explain why something is working or not. Thanks to this, you understand your store and you are not dependent on an external company with each change. If you prefer to hand over some of the tasks, I can perform them as a separate service.
What store platforms do you work on?
I have the most experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, because on this basis I ran my own store. However, the policy, margin, product pages, analytics and SEO are similar on most platforms. If you are using a different system, write me what it is and I will tell you honestly if coaching will be valuable to you.
Do you guarantee an increase in sales?
no. No honest person can guarantee an increase in sales or position in Google, because they depend on the product, competition, budget and your implementations. I can help you find the most important problems, determine the sequence of actions and teach you to measure the effects. The first improvements to the store usually give visible changes after a few weeks.
What language do you conduct sessions in?
I run sessions in English, German or Russian. I do not work in Polish, so it is important that you talk freely about your store and numbers in one of these languages. Store content, such as product descriptions or regulations, may of course remain in the language of your customers.
Can I start before my store starts?
yes. At the construction stage, coaching helps to avoid many costly mistakes, for example in the structure of the category, the choice of plugins or the calculation of price and shipping costs. Then we work on the store plan, selected assortment and the first versions of product pages. You consult with a specialist in your country.
How to start cooperation?
Write an e-mail at office@christian-bech.com what you sell, on what platform and what you want to work with, or book a service directly in the store. If you have questions first, start with a paid call to me for 200 €. Before the first session, I will ask you to access the basic data of the store.
Do you come in person (Warsaw) as part of E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw?
Yes, by appointment. Most of the work is done remotely; I will be happy to attend a meeting or workshop. On-site meetings cost a bit more due to travel costs and extra time.
Is the first consultation free of charge?
no. You write me an e-mail or you immediately book a package. If you have questions first, a paid conversation with me is the right start. After booking, we determine how we approach E-Commerce Coaching Warsaw.

E-commerce in Warszawa: the levers that turn visitors into orders
In e-commerce every click counts. A visitor who can’t find what they want or gets stuck at checkout is gone in seconds. At the same time, small improvements – a faster site, a simpler checkout, more reviews – can noticeably increase revenue without needing more traffic. Your website isn’t just the shop window; it’s the till.
Every second of loading time costs orders
Optimised images, fast hosting, lean plugins and a clean theme keep your shop responsive on mobile. That pays off three times: fewer bounces, better rankings and cheaper clicks on Google Shopping and Ads.
A checkout that doesn’t get in the way
Few steps, guest checkout, common payment methods, clear shipping costs from the start and visible trust signals reduce abandoned carts. Every unnecessary click between cart and “buy” costs real money.
Traffic for your shop
SEO for category and product pages brings lasting free traffic, Google Shopping and Ads deliver ready-to-buy customers, Instagram shows your products in real life, and reviews turn interest into trust.
Like in Minecraft: equip your business with the right enchantments
Remember Minecraft? With leather armour and a wooden sword you won’t get far. Only when you wear diamond and enchant it with Protection, Sharpness and Unbreaking can you take on the tough enemies. Business works the same way: your website is your sword – strong, but only together with SEO, a Google profile, reviews and Instagram does it become full armour. Every parameter you get right is one more enchantment – and the more you have, the more revenue comes through.
- SharpnessEasy buying & booking Your focus on this pageFew clicks to booking or checkout, common payment methods, mobile-friendly. Every unnecessary step costs sales.
- EfficiencyFast websiteEvery second of loading time costs visitors. A fast site keeps people, ranks better and makes your ads cheaper.
- MendingGood reviewsReviews repair doubts before they arise. They’re recommendations that speak for you around the clock.
- ProtectionClean user interfaceSimple menus, readable text, buttons that are easy to find and overlays that are easy to use. People who find their way around stay – and enquire.
- UnbreakingSEOGood rankings bring new visitors every month without paying per click – and they last once they’re in place.
- FortuneGoogle Business ProfileWith photos, phone, website, hours, location and posts you win local searches and calls straight from Google Maps.
- PowerClean backlinksLinks from reputable sites, directories and platforms give your website authority on Google. Quality beats quantity.
- LootingInstagram & social mediaMore reach means more people noticing you – and more “drops” in the form of enquiries.
- MultishotGoogle marketingAds bring ready-to-buy visitors instantly and deliver data you can use to improve your website.
Missing an enchantment doesn’t break your armour – but you let unnecessary damage through. The good news: every lever can be added step by step. That’s exactly what I help you with.
New paths, new deals
A professional online presence opens doors that were closed before: bigger clients take you seriously, partners find you, event organisers and media notice you, and you can charge prices that match your work. Often the best deals don’t come from cold outreach but from someone who googled you and was convinced.
What this means for your bank account
A website is one lever – but only one. It gets really powerful when website, SEO, Google profile and Google marketing work together and keep feeding your business with enquiries. Then a five-figure profit is no longer a distant dream but a goal you can work towards deliberately. Results come – but every path is individual and takes its own time: one business sees noticeably more revenue quickly, another first needs to build its foundation properly. For you as a self-employed person that means earning enough to support yourself well, build reserves and treat yourself now and then.
